This story takes place in Creation, and for the last ten thousand years Creation has been engulfed in intergalactic war. It hasn’t always been this way. Trinity, the god of this universe, with the help of his angels shaped Creation and the various creatures that inhabit the universe into existence. None shaped more delicately than the mortal, and the soul that each mortal received, giving the owner free will. For millennia, Creation was in relative peace, mortals fought amongst themselves as we do, but on the whole there was peace.

As those who inhabited Creation would come to learn, that peace would not last. An “anomaly” in Trinity’s process for creating new lifeforms occurred. Vile in form and sick in purpose, it was immediately clear to Trinity that this creature could not be allowed to live in Creation amongst the mortals. Its kind was named “demon” and Trinity, with its mighty angels created a new dimension and sealed the creature away from Creation, the mortals, and Trinity’s own watchful eye.

This should’ve been the end of the matter. However, this new “Hell” dimension was not as separate as literally everyone would have hoped it was. Instead of being a properly separate dimension Hell was placed on the dimensional edge of Creation. Meaning that it was entirely possible for the demon to move to and from Hell whenever it could find the energy to fashion a portal. Hell being a newly created dimension was full of ambient energy allowing for the demon to openly consume it. This act poisoned the dimension to any who would later attempt to feed on this dark dimension’s energies. Furthermore, being placed at the edge of Trinity’s domain, Trinity could not directly control what happened in Hell the same way it could in Creation.

The demon was causing havoc throughout Creation killing thousands and thousands, all across the universe. Trinity needed a way to protect its mortals from the demon. Naturally, the angels stepped up ready to strike down that which threatened their lord’s Creation. Trinity did not want to use the angels for this task. Knowing that some angels harbored resentment for mortals and their free will, he did not want them mixing often. Trinity instead elected to create a new being for the task. His name was Chip Spacemin, born from the death of his solar systems star, he was the first Starborn. Not only was he given armor made of hardlight that enhanced his abilities, and an unbreakable lance made of the metal from a cooled star core, Chip Spacemin was also given a soul.

Chip Spacemin’s creation was one of the most celebrated events in the history of Creation. Upon hearing that Trinity itself had sent a new warrior to combat the demonic menace the mortals only loved their benevolent god even more. Many angels however, did not see it the same way. None more so than Lucifer, Trinity’s favorite and most powerful angel. Lucifer was personally offended that he had not simply been chosen to rid the mortals of their enemy, and was instead replaced by a new being that had everything he wanted. What followed was a period of rebellion by many angels in a time called “The War on High”. This era saw the rebelling angels call for the same free will that the new Starborn being had. Trinity however had separate purpose for the angels and would not grant their request “right now”.

“WHEN?!” Bellowed Lucifer. “It’s been EONS”.

“Perhaps another time Lucifer,” replied Trinity.

Fully tired of waiting Lucifer ripped the angelic wings from his back and left Heaven. If he could not have his free will, he would take it. A few dozen more angels would trickle out, all leaving for Hell, the area they knew Trinity had less power in. Most of these angels were not used to being so far from Trinity and so their bodies suffered as they entered Hell. Weak upon entering this cursed dimension these fallen angels fed on the new dimensions ambient energy just as the demon had. This energized the angels but, changed them horribly. Rending and twisting minds built for creation and filling them with new destructive demonic knowledge, the likes Creation had never seen before. All but one of the angels underwent a horrible change that very day. All but Lucifer.

Lucifer was unchanged upon entering Hell and absorbing the ambient power. Lucifer already had this dark knowledge for it was HIM who caused the creation of the demon in the first place, in an attempt impress Trinity and win his free will.

Lucifer, now going by “Satan” or “The Devil Himself” let the other fallen angels, now going by “devils”, know that they as devils were unable to create demons themselves. They instead had to implant the knowledge and power into a mortal who could create the demons for them, as their soul allowed them even better understanding of demonic knowledge. These mortals would go on to be the Witch Queens.

With each of the devils now having a Witch Queen, they all amassed an armies of hellish creatures. The devils now ready to kill and destroy all of which they had helped Trinity create. Chip Spacemin alone couldn’t help every planet in Creation, so Trinity kickstarted the lives of a whole generation of Starborn. This event birthed “The First Army” under Chip Spacemin’s command. This marks the beginning of “The Devil’s War”.

Ten thousand years of war and conflict split the creation of The First Army and the birth of Stranger, the Prince of all Starborn. Seven years remain until the Grand Convergence of Dimensions, a date very important to the stability of all the dimensions in Creation…and to the Devil Himself.

Stranger’s got his hands full to say the least.
